marriage - not mine though - so chippendales here we come

Well with a best friend annouing that in 2009 she's getting married (I've been waiting on a date - it still isn't conrete fall or spring)I've been thinking abut going back to Vegas so I can take her to see the Chippendales before she's off the market again.  I really enjoyed the show and she would too so I want to give her a good 'freedom' memory before she is forever - oh heck whom I kidding, David couldn't care less about if she sees strippers as longas there's no hanky panky.

So look out Vegas in the next  year or so I'll be back!!  With help!  Plus she has a soon to be in-law close to there we can stay there for free with! hehehe

well big news first - got my grades from the semester from hell - really this one has topped all others BY FAR  but I pulled through all A's!!! yeah baby!    an act of god really - also got my letter yesterday that said I was on the President's Honor Roll - which rocks! my GPA's now 3.86 overall and 4.0 for the semester of course

bad news - I went home last night from the bookstore and was going to take a short bath to relax before I came to the station and worked -couldn't!! there was no hot water, only luke warm crap... it better be fixed this morning dammit!!   this apt. sucks somethings always broken, like a water main a few months ago - or the fact that my kitchen sink keeps backing up and takes like 2 weeks to drain!!  I AM bitter dammit!

but also Amy and Heather are in town today so we're doing lunch and maybe a movie because we only see each other once a year - which sucks, but I'm still glad I see them over the holidays, just wish I could see them more

anyway that's my big news - that and got a raise at the store, getting paid over $7 an hour now finally...  took long enough - oh well it pays for the book habbit which is really all it's supposed to do

MARRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR

ok so holy crap monkey's it been awhile!!  I guess I need to update more now that the semester from hell is almost over and done with - THANK YOU JESUS!!! I really do mean that too, school's a major pain in tha ass, I still have to finish up a few final projects that are due this week....  but all are started, hopefully one will just take 2 hours or so to finish the final editing on, and another will take... goodness knows - a long long time still I feel, the last I need to finishe up in an hour or so doing my last couple journal entries - pretty sure I'm gonna use this as one - and one is a contemplation/critique of the final work I did the last couple of weeks in class, I hate watching myself and judging, it's crappy and just uncomfortable

but soon the torment will be over and I can be FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!  bonzai!!  I have to work a lot this upcoming week though, I have to work 3 days in a row, and I've been working at that part time job 2 or usually 3 days a week for the past month or so.... tis the season   - ho ho bite me stupid customers who can't even find the cash register THAT'S RIGHT BEHIND YOU!! DUH!!  and I'd like to say that this is a rare occurance that only happens this time of year - but it's not.... oh no!! this happens ALL the time - I just don't get it, the info desk has this huge sign over it and yes there are computers - but not computers that look like cash machine takers - they only look up books stupid!

also I hate most of my teachers by this time of year, some for not giving a shit anymore and are ready to go on vacation, others for giving me final projects that are on graduate level, and then for giving out assignments throughout the semester that you never really went over of taught us how to do... it's been great!!  really... do you feel the love yet?  dumb ass mother fuckers - of course this could be the stress talking....  -_- but I'm denying all knowledge right now

see ya when I'm sane again after Friday  -  unless someone gives me a bad grade after all the fucking work I'm putting in... then I might be found in jail - giggling and covered in blood

ok so the once a week thing didn't work - but at least maybe I can try for a couple of times a month - I seem to be much more homework this semester at work which takes away from my internet time...    which really sucks

but the first section of the play is over!! thank god!! out of 8 days in a row with dress rehersals and makeup and everything plus show days I was there for 7 of them...  and my other costume shop girl - 2   - guess how this makes me feel???.... no really... guess

plus next/this weekend we have another 4 shows to do, and I'm there for 3 of those too and her 2....  kinda ticks me off that I seem to be putting in a lot of time - true she works more during the semester, but besides the fee wavier we both get, she also gets paid like a job through work study, so that elimnates all sympathy in me for her extra hours - that double dip in pay kills that - piont is that I have a life too and I need sleep as well, plus I have these insane amount of work classes this semester - next is looking better though, I just want some sleepy time

but I was looking at my classes for next semester and I think I have them figured out - I register today so I'd better...   I should have, audio production, intro to film, non-verbal communication, and music and spiritually (this is an honors course that's really kinda a pud class but I have to do 3 of them and this sounded fun) and these are all my actual 'in class' classes - I'll be in class MWF form 9-10am and TTh from 1-5pm, so I should get more sleep next semester!! yeah!!! but then I'm also taking an independant project in costuming - which I'll do the APO show (our theatre fraternity), and I'm going to NYC again this spring - so I'll get to see ya again Mark!  over the end of March beginnging of April weekend, and go to the american college theatre festival for a week - which we got awarded a $500 expense account from the school so that's really cool! and that will be the 3rd week in Jan.

so this semester doesn't look too bad - I'll get to go on several trips and do stuff so that'll be nice!

plus I'm going on a trip again this spring that the school offers, like when I went to Italy 2 1/2 years ago - I've decided on going to Ireland!! yea!!! it's for 10 days in the middle of may and sounds really fun!  hehehe I'm so excited
